Summed up the labour term-2016

On the 13th of December in the University assembly hall the results of labour term-2016 were summed up. In the expiring 2016, the number of students who participated in the labour activity has reached 2000 people.

A solemn event dedicated to summarizing the results was attended by honorary guests: Minister of Agriculture of Saratov region Tatiana Mikhailovna Kravtseva, Deputy Minister of natural resources and ecology of the Saratov region Boris Nikolaevich Aksenenko, representatives of agricultural enterprises of the region.

Minister of Agriculture of Saratov region Tatiana Mikhailovna Kravtseva greeted students and teachers: “On behalf of the Government and the Ministry of Agriculture of the Saratov region I congratulate you that you have made the absolutely right choice”, you have chosen the profession of agrarian, which means, you devoted yourselves and your lives to the establishment, development, growth and prosperity of agriculture in Russia. You get theoretical knowledge in one of the best agrarian universities of the country and have the opportunity to apply this knowledge in practice. Agro-industrial complex of the Saratov region today needs sturdy and strong shoulders, and, of course, experienced, bright, professional, wise minds."

In his welcoming speech Rector of Saratov State Agrarian University Nikolai Kuznetsov noted the importance of the synthesis of theoretical knowledge and practical skills for the formation of the professional agrarian.

"The main goal of our University is training of highly qualified personnel, - said Nikolai Ivanovich, - I am glad that a large number of students not only aspire to acquire a good theoretical knowledge, but also actively participate in practical agricultural activities. Now as never before the issues of quality training are acute in the labor market. There is a decent developed material-technical base at our University: we have our own fields, greenhouses, gardens, farms. In addition, the students gain practical knowledge on the advanced enterprises of the region. Thanks to the joint work of our teachers, scholars and students, Saratov State Agrarian University took the leading position according to the results of monitoring the efficiency of agrarian universities of Russia. This monitoring will be conducted every year and it would be nice to save such a wonderful result."

In the frame of the event there was an awarding ceremony of teachers and students with the certificates of gratitude and diplomas of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Saratov region for the contribution to the development of agriculture in the region as well as for their conscientious work and high achievements in the labour term. General Director of JSC "Agrosoyuz-Market" Alexey Glukharev gave the rector N.I. Kuznetsov a certificate for receiving the car which was handed over to the Director of ESPA "Povolzhie" F. P. Chetverikov.
