Master class
The teachers of the Institute of International Educational Programs held a master class for students of the preparatory department. They demonstrated the recipes of traditional Russian dishes.

Russian cuisine has a great number of dishes,that were collected throughout its history. Now it is a set of various culinary traditions: from Tatar-Mongolian to the French. We have pelmeni from Siberia and the Urals, syrniki from the Baltics, vareniki and borsch from Ukraine and also a lot from the Jewish and German cuisine- There are a lot of recipes from the Caucasus too.

Students tried to cook the most popular dishes themselves and made it very well. At the end the freshly prepared dishes were tasted in a pleasant, warm atmosphere.
