Session 1: Agricultural and food biotechnologies

The following areas will be presented at the section:

- development and efficiency of feed additives of biotechnological origin for non-productive and productive animals;

- biotechnological aspects of reproduction of cattle, marker selection in animal husbandry;

- modern biotechnological aspects of food production;

- obtaining and study of the properties of biologically active substances derived from cultures of micro-and macromycetes, bacteria and plant materials;

- influence of biologically active substances of microbial origin on metabolism of plant organisms;

- modern methods of analysis of raw materials of plant origin, the development of biopesticides.

Session 2: Veterinary and medicine biotechnologies
The following areas will be presented at the section:


- receiving and evaluating the effectiveness and quality of vaccines, diagnostic kits, probiotics, synbiotics, immunobiological drugs, diagnostic sera, antibacterial drugs;

- improvement of techniques in the field of PCR diagnostics;

- mechanism of action of microbial toxins with dysbacterioses in animals;

- characteristics of a specialized collection of micromycetes - biodeterioration agents;

- biocontrol of foodborne infections;

- biological synthesis of nanoparticles of chemical nature by macromycete cultures;

- designing human habitats;

- clinical biophotonics and optical biopsy.

Session 3: Environmental aspects of biotechnology and environmental protection

The following areas will be presented at the section:

- biodegradation of xenobiotics;

- use of biosorbents for extracting pesticides from drinks, demetallisation of fluids;

- characterization of microorganisms in soils, contaminated by pesticides;

- biotechnological methods of increasing the sustainability of agricultural and ornamental plants to stressful environmental factors;

- biological and baromembrane methods of wastewater treatment technology in industry;

- biological methods of evaluation the toxicity of nanomaterials;
- production of biodiesel;

- method of disinfection of surfaces by ultrasound and excilamp UV radiation.
