On May 22 The Roundtable "The role of young scientists in the development of veterinary science in the Saratov region" was held.
The Vice-Rector on scientific and innovative work of Vorotnikov Igor Leonidovich addressed the participants of the round table with a welcome word. The Chairman of the council - Nefeld Vasily Voldemanovich told about the activity of the Council of Young scientists of Saratov GAU. The structure and research centers of the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, food and biotechnology was presented by the Deputy Dean for scientific work and international liaison of Strogov Vladimir Viktorovich.
Iraqi delegation, composed of: Hamid Ali al-Temini-professor, deputy Dean of the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine of the Department of Surgery; Professor of the Department of Pharmacology, Duride Abdulhadi al-Kanaya; Jinán Mahmoud al-Ani-PhD, head of the Department of Epizootics of the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine; Falakh Musa al-Rikabi – pharmacologist, PhD; Oncologist Zeyad Gathtea al-Rikabi, Doctor of Science actively participated in the discussion of topical issues and innovative developments, implemented on the basis of Saratov GAU.
In the afternoon, the Iraqi guests of IEP organized a meeting with the listeners of the IEP Preparatory office and the Interclub asset. The guests were presented with reports prepared by the staff of IEP and foreign citizens studying at the preparatory department of our university.
On May 23 a seminar on the theme "International and project activities of university scientists" took place. The event was attended by Vice-rector for scientific and innovative work-Vorotnikov Igor Leonidovich, I.
