Come on, SSAU! Go for new victories!

SSAU students became the winners in the GTO race "The Way of the Firsts".

Today the students of Saratov State Agrarian University took part in sport-patriotic GTO race "The Way of the Firsts", dedicated to the 55th anniversary of the first manned space flight, on the territory of the Children’s Recreation’s Camp "Molodezhny".

Almost all major Saratov Universities: Saratov State Gagarin Technical University, Saratov State Razumovsky Medical University, Saratov National Research State Chernyshevsky University, Volga Stolypin Management Institute, Saratov Social-Economic Institute of Russian Plekhanov Economic University, and, of course, Saratov State Vavilov Agrarian University have struggled for the championship.

The participants had to overcome dozens of challenging tests to check strength, endurance and intelligence. In addition to the race the students willingly participated in the programs of sport-entertainment fields: LaserTag, Quadro-Fitness, archery, etc.

Our students got worthy through the race, overcoming all the obstacles and won the first place (!) in the team rating and in the passing GTO qualifying standards; the first-year student of Agronomy faculty Samat Taspaev became the best in the 16kg kettlebell snatch.

It should be noted that a team of volunteers as a part of SSAU delegation arrived to"Molodezhny" and made really good job, for which we express our gratitude!
